Maptoolkit (MTK) uses no cookies and therefore no mention of Maptoolkit cookies is needed in your Cookie Banner and Privacy Declaration.
Server log files
All users’ web requests contain their IP addresses and those are considered personal information. All IP addresses are anonymized before they are saved to server log files (used for quality assurance and debugging), by resetting the last block of the address. This is best practice.

Wir nutzen den Kartendienst Maptoolkit zur Erstellung von Anfahrtsbeschreibungen und zur Darstellung von Karten auf unserer Website. Maptoolkit wird von der Toursprung GmbH, Mariahilfer Str. 93/20, 1060 Wien, Österreich, bereitgestellt. Wenn Sie auf die Inhalte unserer Website zugreifen, werden Sie mit den Servern der Toursprung GmbH verbunden. Dabei werden Ihre IP-Adresse und Browserdaten wie Ihr User-Agent übertragen. Diese Daten werden ausschließlich für die oben genannten Zwecke und zur Aufrechterhaltung der Sicherheit und Funktionalität von Maptoolkit verarbeitet. Die IP-Adresse wird bereits vor jeder weiteren Verarbeitung technisch anonymisiert, indem die letzten drei Zeichen auf “000” gesetzt werden. Eine Rückverfolgung auf einzelne Personen ist nicht möglich.
Zweck und Rechtsgrundlage
Die Nutzung von Maptoolkit erfolgt auf der Grundlage unserer berechtigten Interessen gemäß Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO, nämlich unserem Interesse daran, Ihnen unsere Inhalte kartografisch aufbereitet anzeigen zu können.
Speicherdauer

Use of Maptoolkit
Nature and Scope of Data Processing
We use the map service Maptoolkit for the creation of driving directions and for displaying maps on our website. Maptoolkit is provided by Toursprung GmbH, Mariahilfer Str. 93/20, 1060 Vienna, Austria. When you access the content of our website, you connect with the servers of Toursprung GmbH. In this process, your IP address and browser data such as your user agent are transmitted. This data is processed exclusively for the above-mentioned purposes and to maintain the security and functionality of Maptoolkit. The IP address is technically anonymized prior to any further processing by setting the last three characters to “000”. It is not possible to trace back to individual persons.
Purpose and Legal Basis
The use of Maptoolkit is based on our legitimate interests according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, namely our interest in being able to display our content to you in a cartographically processed form.
Storage Duration
